For USL, MiLB & ECHL Partnership Teams
Prove what you delivered, every asset, every night
Your renewal deck leans on a media-value estimate while the delivery record that would prove it sits in three systems that never meet.
A data warehouse built specifically for minor league partnership teams defending a rate card. Connect the sponsorship system, ticketing, concessions POS, and signage logs. Live in about 48 hours.
The join, made visible
Every system you run — and the answers you can't get today.
One shared key across every system. No exports, no VLOOKUP — the tools you already run, finally answering the questions that matter.
Good morning, Morgan.

Synopsis is a data warehouse for minor league partnership teams across USL, MiLB, and the ECHL, live on your own systems in about 48 hours. SponsorCX and KORE asset schedules, vivenu and Archtics scan data, Shift4 and Yellow Dog concession sales, and LED and signage logs land in one warehouse keyed to the same game and activation. Questions like which contracted assets ran last homestand and which sponsors are owed make-goods become single queries. Updated August 2026.
Popular pairings
Pairings that replace a media-value estimate with a delivery record.
Proving an activation ran is one join. Proving it moved something is the next one, and both come from systems the club already runs.
KORE + Toast
Synopsis integrates the KORE asset schedule with Toast concession sales, so an activation night shows whether per-cap actually moved or only the media-value slide did.
SponsorCX + Ticketmaster
Synopsis connects SponsorCX contracted assets to Ticketmaster Archtics attendance and scan data, so delivery is proven against the crowd that was actually there.
Yellow Dog + Shift4
Synopsis joins Yellow Dog inventory movement to Shift4 point-of-sale revenue, so a promotional giveaway's cost and its lift sit on the same row.
KORE + QuickBooks
Synopsis syncs KORE sponsorship billing to QuickBooks by contract, so fill rate and collected revenue read together at renewal.
vivenu + Shift4
Synopsis integrates vivenu ticket scans with Shift4 concession baskets, so per-cap lift on an activation night is measured against a real baseline.
SponsorCX + Shopify
Synopsis joins SponsorCX partnership assets to Shopify team-store activity, so a merchandise-linked activation carries its own proof of performance.
Questions
Answers before you ask.
Can it prove what a sponsor actually got for their money?
Yes. Your SponsorCX asset schedule, gate scans, scoreboard rotation logs, and stand-level sales land in one warehouse keyed to the night each asset ran, so delivery reads asset by asset and sponsor by sponsor in one query. For a beverage or QSR partner the same join adds per-cap movement at the stands; for a bank or an auto dealer it proves the reach you sold. Synopsis brings the records together for analysis; it doesn't replace your systems of record.
What about digital and broadcast assets that never touch the POS?
Impression and engagement feeds from Blinkfire Analytics or Zoomph land in the same warehouse as the in-park lift data, so the renewal deck carries both: measured concession lift where an asset touches the building, and audited digital numbers where it doesn't.
Our asset schedule lives in a spreadsheet, not SponsorCX. Does that still work?
Yes. The spreadsheet is a source like any other. We read it on a schedule, key each asset to the night it ran, and join it to gate scans and stand sales the same way we would a SponsorCX feed. You keep the spreadsheet and stop retyping it into the recap.
Does Synopsis integrate KORE with Toast?
Yes. The KORE sponsorship asset schedule and Toast concession sales land in one warehouse keyed to the same game and activation, so an activation night's per-cap lift is one query rather than a media-value estimate. The same holds for SponsorCX, Ticketmaster, vivenu, Shift4, Square, and the rest of a club's systems.
We run a system that isn't listed here. Can you connect it?
Usually, yes. The AI builds the connector from an export or an API, and a new system is typically flowing in days. If it can produce a file, it is a candidate.
How long until we can start asking questions?
Your first connected systems are answering questions in about 48 hours, and a full rollout lands in days, not a multi-quarter data project.
Do we need a data team or anyone who knows SQL?
No. We configure your warehouse with you and connect the systems you already run; your team just asks questions in plain English. Nobody has to write SQL or babysit pipelines unless they want to.
Does Synopsis replace the software we already use?
No. Your systems of record — ERP, CRM, accounting, and the rest — stay exactly where they are. Synopsis sits on top and joins them into one place you can query, so you report across everything instead of exporting from each tool.
Where does our data live, and is it secure?
Your data stays in your own warehouse — we don't keep a copy. Access is governed per user and every query is audit-logged. Synopsis is SOC 2 Type II, and you can review our live security posture in the Trust Center.
How is this different from a BI tool or a stack of dashboards?
BI tools chart data that something else already had to clean and join. Synopsis does that upstream work — connecting your systems, resolving entities, and enforcing your metric definitions — then answers in plain English, builds the dashboards, and traces every number back to its source.
