A 30-minute call · no slides

Bring the question nobody can answer.

The one that spans your CRM and your accounting system. The one somebody rebuilds in a spreadsheet every month, and the number comes out different every time. On the call we answer it — and show you where every figure came from.

“The AI space is full of snake oil right now. Synopsis is the exception. They told us what it would do, and it did exactly that.”
Patrick Fingles, CEO · Leap

The thirty minutes

What actually happens on the call

No deck, no discovery questionnaire, no second call before you see anything.

  1. 00:00

    Your systems, on the table

Which tools you actually run, where the numbers live now, and who rebuilds them by hand every month. Five minutes, because we need it to answer anything useful.

  2. 00:10

    Your question, answered

The one you brought. We run it against a warehouse built from systems like yours and show the trail behind the number — which systems it crossed, which rows it counted, where a definition had to be chosen.

    Synopsis
Which customers cost us more to serve than they pay us?

Three accounts are underwater this year. Together they bill $412K and carry $478K in service cost — support hours and expedited freight are doing most of the damage.

Account Billed Cost to serve Margin
    Harborline Foods $186K $228K −23%
    Cassia Labs $141K $159K −13%
    Ardent Supply $85K $91K −7%

Sources: ERP · accounting · support desk · freight invoices

An illustration, not your data. Running it on your systems is what the call is for.

  3. 00:25

    Your first 48 hours

Hour 0 we connect your systems. Hour 24 your most important reports are rebuilt from the raw data. Hour 48 you're live. No new hires, no consultants, and our team does the implementation.

30:00 You decide. If Synopsis isn't the right fit for your business, we'll tell you on the call rather than sell you into it.

“If I put three hours a week into Synopsis, I get back at least ten. And the return compounds every week because it remembers.”
Head of FP&A · Fire & Life Safety Company
“Synopsis feels like our in-house data architect who can be queried in plain language and respond at the speed of AI.”
USL Soccer Club
“We got Synopsis to get ahead of churn. What I didn't expect was how much it would change the way we run the whole business.”

Before you book

The four things people ask first

“Isn't this just ChatGPT pointed at our database?”

An AI with a database connection isn't an analyst — it's a very confident intern with production credentials. The hard part isn't the chat window, it's the modeled, connected data underneath it. That's the part we build.

“We already have Power BI.”

Keep it — we feed it. A BI tool is a window onto whatever someone already modeled and connected. The question is who built that model, and how long a new question takes to add.

“Our data is a mess.”

That's the job. If it were already clean you wouldn't need us. Mess is the qualifying criterion, not a reason to wait until you've tidied it up.

“We don't have a data team.”

Neither do most of our customers. Our team connects the systems and builds the model; nobody on your side has to become a data person to ask a question.

So — what's the question?

Bring the one your reports can't answer. Thirty minutes is an unfakeable test.
