By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Synopsis at the phone number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Synopsis does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Synopsis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your phone number and SMS consent data.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synopsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
