For Sports Teams & Leagues
Every ticket, tab, and jersey, joined to the fan who bought it.
Ticketing, fan CRM, concessions, merchandise, sponsorship, and marketing each hold a piece of the same fan, and none of them share a key.
The join, made visible
Every system you run — and the answers you can't get today.
One shared key across every system. No exports, no VLOOKUP — the tools you already run, finally answering the questions that matter.
Good morning, Morgan.

Questions
Answers before you ask.
Do we need a data team?
No. Synopsis joins the sources centrally and your business operations or ticket strategy lead asks questions in plain English, without an analytics hire.
Our ticketing, CRM, and POS have no shared fan ID. Can they still be joined?
Yes. Entity resolution matches the same fan across ticket accounts, CRM records, store orders, and email lists, so one person stops being six rows.
Can it handle a full season of scan and transaction data?
Yes. A season of ticket scans, concessions transactions, and store orders is the volume it is built for; the AI writes SQL against it rather than reading exports.
We run a venue and host events beyond our own games. Does that fit?
Yes. Non-game events key to the same venue, fan, and revenue model, so a concert and a home game sit side by side in the same warehouse.
Can our sponsorship team use this to prove delivery?
Yes. Sponsor inventory and fulfillment join to real attendance and engagement data, which turns a renewal conversation into a report rather than an argument.
Do we need a data team or anyone who knows SQL?
No. We configure your warehouse with you and connect the systems you already run; your team just asks questions in plain English. Nobody has to write SQL or babysit pipelines unless they want to.
Does Synopsis replace the software we already use?
No. Your systems of record — ERP, CRM, accounting, and the rest — stay exactly where they are. Synopsis sits on top and joins them into one place you can query, so you report across everything instead of exporting from each tool.
Where does our data live, and is it secure?
Your data stays in your own warehouse — we don't keep a copy. Access is governed per user and every query is audit-logged. Synopsis is SOC 2 Type II, and you can review our live security posture in the Trust Center.
