For Pharma Carton Converters & Serialization Teams
Answer a pharma serialization audit without the document hunt
Your serial ranges, vision QC records, press runs, and ship dates share no job number, so a customer audit request turns into a week of document pulls.
A data warehouse built specifically for pharma carton converters and serialization teams. Connect the serialization system, vision QC, the press, and the MIS. Live in about 48 hours.

Synopsis is a data warehouse for folding carton converters printing serialized pharmaceutical cartons, live on your own systems in about 48 hours. Systech serial ranges, SEA Vision and Domino verification records, Heidelberg Prinect press runs, ePS Radius job records, and customer quality portals land in one warehouse keyed to the same job and serial range. A question like which serial ranges you ran for a pharma customer last quarter, and whether every serial is accounted for, becomes a single query instead of a week of document pulls. Updated August 2026.
Popular pairings
The pairings that answer a serialization audit from the warehouse.
Allocated, used, rejected, destroyed and unused serials have to reconcile to a job and a ship date. These pairings are that reconciliation.
Systech + ePS Radius
Synopsis integrates Systech serial range allocations with the ePS Radius job and order, so an audit request resolves to jobs rather than to folders.
SEA Vision + Systech
Synopsis connects SEA Vision inspection results to the Systech serial range they verified, so rejected and destroyed counts reconcile to what was allocated.
Domino + Prinect
Synopsis joins Domino coding and marking records to the Prinect press run, so a serial's provenance includes the press and the shift.
ePS Radius + Customer quality portals
Synopsis syncs ePS Radius job and shipment records to the customer quality portal submission, so the audit answer and the shipment agree.
Systech + Prinect
Synopsis integrates the Systech serialization record with Prinect press run times, so an unexplained gap in a range has a run to look at.
Antares Vision + ePS Radius
Synopsis joins a plant on Antares Vision to the same ePS Radius reconciliation, so the method does not depend on your inspection vendor.
Questions
Answers before you ask.
Can it tie a serial range back to the job, the press run, the lot, and the ship date?
Yes. Serial and aggregation events from Systech, Antares Vision Group, OPTEL, or SEA Vision land in the same warehouse as the print MIS job record, the Prinect press log, the code-grade result, and the shipment, keyed to the job, the lot, and the serial range. Asking which run carried a given serial, or which serials went to a given ship date, is one query. It works the same way if you print the serialized code yourself and reconcile an allocated range back to your customer. It also works if you supply an unserialized carton with a code window, where the evidence an auditor wants is the artwork version, the code-window spec, and the print quality behind it.
Does Synopsis make us DSCSA compliant, or certify our serialization?
No, and we don't claim it does. As a carton converter you are not a DSCSA trading partner; the reporting obligation sits with your pharma customer, and what you owe comes from the quality agreement and the material spec you signed with them. What Synopsis does is assemble and join the records that agreement rests on: the allocated ranges, what was used, rejected, destroyed, and left unused, the code-grade and vision QC results, the aggregation data, the change-control history, and the ship dates. Your quality team still reviews, signs, and owns the response.
Can we give a customer's auditor a view without opening the whole plant?
Yes. Access is governed per user through access groups, down to the tables, columns, and rows a person can see. A quality auditor can be scoped to one customer's jobs, serial ranges, code grades, and ship records without seeing the rest of the plant.
Does Synopsis integrate Systech with a print MIS?
Yes. Systech serial range allocations and the MIS job and order record land in one warehouse keyed to the same job, so a DSCSA audit is answered from the warehouse rather than a document hunt. The same holds for TraceLink, SEA Vision, Antares Vision, Domino, ePS Radius, Tharstern, and the rest of a carton plant's systems.
We run a system that isn't listed here. Can you connect it?
Usually, yes. The AI builds the connector from an export or an API, and a new system is typically flowing in days. If it can produce a file, it is a candidate.
How long until we can start asking questions?
Your first connected systems are answering questions in about 48 hours, and a full rollout lands in days, not a multi-quarter data project.
Do we need a data team or anyone who knows SQL?
No. We configure your warehouse with you and connect the systems you already run; your team just asks questions in plain English. Nobody has to write SQL or babysit pipelines unless they want to.
Does Synopsis replace the software we already use?
No. Your systems of record — ERP, CRM, accounting, and the rest — stay exactly where they are. Synopsis sits on top and joins them into one place you can query, so you report across everything instead of exporting from each tool.
Where does our data live, and is it secure?
Your data stays in your own warehouse — we don't keep a copy. Access is governed per user and every query is audit-logged. Synopsis is SOC 2 Type II, and you can review our live security posture in the Trust Center.
How is this different from a BI tool or a stack of dashboards?
BI tools chart data that something else already had to clean and join. Synopsis does that upstream work — connecting your systems, resolving entities, and enforcing your metric definitions — then answers in plain English, builds the dashboards, and traces every number back to its source.
