The EDI order price, the estimate it was quoted from, press hours and sheet counts from the press and converting systems, and clocked labor land in the same warehouse keyed to the job number. Synopsis costs the collected hours at your budgeted hourly rates against the estimate, so margin at the current run rate is one query while the job is still running. That rests on operators clocking on and off jobs at the shop-floor terminals, and it reads as fast as your warehouse refreshes. Synopsis brings the records together for analysis; it doesn't replace your systems of record.
Can it show what board price movement did to our repeat carton prices?
Your standing prices and estimates in the print MIS, your mill price letters and board purchase history, and the last runs' actual cost join on the item and the customer, so repeats priced below today's cost show up before the next release prints.
