How is our compliance and ID-scan data handled?

Your hold-period, ID-scan, and hazardous-waste records land in the same warehouse as your ticket data, so an audit becomes a rerunnable query instead of a file search. Synopsis brings the records together for analysis, not to replace your system of record.

Can it handle hundreds of thousands of tickets a year?

Yes. A year of weighbridge and grading history is far too large to paste into a chat window. The AI writes SQL against the warehouse and returns just the realized-margin answer.

Do we need a data team or anyone who knows SQL?
